Tips for Beautiful Curls
Curls are making a comeback and if you are a lucky girl with natural curls this is a good time for you to show them off! Here are my tips to get the best out of curly hair.

beautiful hair
Tip #1. It all starts with a great haircut …
Make sure you get some face framing layers and absolutely no blunt cuts! That will give you a poofy bottom kind of like helmet head. And of course lots of frizz! If your hair is on the thicker side you can get it thinned out a little bit. I have thick hair and I prefer it heavy because it weighs my curls down a bit. Remember, the shorter you go the curlier it will get!
Tip #2. Moisturize!
Get a shampoo for dry/damaged hair (even if you don’t think it’s dry and damaged). Again, dryness=frizz and that’s a four letter word we curly haired girls do not like! I like to use Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner. You can find it on Amazon.com for 3.93 for a 12 oz bottle.
Tip # 3. Fight frizz …
Also a great frizz fighter is John Frida’s Frizz Ease. I like to use the hair serum in the extra strength formula but the regular formula would be fine if your hair is not as thick.
This line also has a curl perfector I like to spray on after my gel.
It is the best thing ever invented.

Hair care – advice – Remember To Rinse
It’s very important to rinse your shampoo and conditioner extremely well so that your hair isn’t left with a dull residue, which will make it harder to style.

Hair care- advice – Blow Away Your Styling Time
Ask your stylist to show you the right way to blow-dry your hair. Learning how to blow-dry correctly will cut down on your styling time.
Hair care – advice – Keep Hold Of Your Curls
The best time to curl your hair is several hours before any big event so that your hair can settle and give you a great result. A medium to strong hold product will also help to keep your look luscious and to keep the curl in your hair.

Hair care- advice – Natural Curls
For a natural finish when creating curls, curl your hair in different directions.
Hair care- advice – Tangle Troubles
Avoid tangles by using a detangler or leave in conditioner after washing and gently take the knots out with a wide toothed comb, working in small sections and from the ends up.
Hair care- advice – Hair Color Hold
To maximize the hold your new hair color has on your hair, try not to wash your hair for at least 48 hours after having it colored

Hair care- advice – Turn Up the Volume
There’s a trick to remember about volumising products: always apply them to the roots of your hair. Why? Applying them to the ends will weigh your hair down-and that means no volume.

Hair Tips for Perfect Hair – Hair Care
Almost everyone has hair on his or her head. Almost no one really knows what to do with that hair. Very few people know how to best care and share their hair properly. There is help for the vast majority who firmly believe that hair was simply meant to keep your head warm in winter.
1. Do not wash and repeat. The idea of keeping natural oils in your hair may seem gross, but it is actually the best way to have healthy, shiny, and beautiful hair. The most that is recommended for washing your hair is once every other day. The other days, the hair should be rinsed, but not washed. This helps to prevent the over oiling of the hair by overactive oil glands that are thrust into over activity due to the dry nature of the hair and scalp from frequent hair washing.
2. Pick a color, any color. The idea of constantly re-dying the hair over and over again is getting old and doing some serious damage to the hair. While the dying practices are much gentler now then before, dying one’s hair can still cause dry hair and scalp. Constant dying can also increase the chances of breakage and split ends.
